According to Mike Verweij of De Telegraaf, Ajax have loaned Tristan Gooijer to PEC Zwolle this season. The Amsterdam club has reached an agreement with the Eredivisie player.
The 19-year-old right back played nine times in the main squad last season and has 50 matches in the Kitchen Champion Division to his name. Gooijer switched from the youth department of Almere City to Ajax eight years ago and has a contract with the Amsterdam team until mid-2026.
Gooijer is the third signing of the summer window for PEC Zwolle. The Blauwvingers (Bluefingers) as they’re known, previously brought in Belgian left-back Thierry Lutonda from RKC Waalwijk and striker Thomas Buitink from Vitesse Arnhem.
Gooijer is a youth international for the Netherlands, with three caps for the U16 team and six with the U18s.
