The 2024 Supercars Championship gets underway with the Bathurst 500 from the iconic Mount Panorama Circuit.
Plenty of off-season changes have occurred with three-time Supercars champion Shane van Gisbergen and reigning champion Brodie Kostecki not present at Bathurst.
Van Gisbergen has moved to the United States to pursue a full-time career in NASCAR, while Kostecki is on the sidelines due to complications with his former team Erebus Motorsport indefinitely.

Will Brown replaces van Gisbergen at Red Bull Ampol Racing along with a handful of other driver changes down the Supercars pit lane.
It all sets up for an exciting opening round and season ahead with an unpredictable storyline set to unfold throughout 2024.
Coverage for Race 1 begins live and free from Mount Panorama at 1:00pm AEDT on Saturday with the action resuming from 12:00pm on Sunday for Race 2 on Seven and 7plus.

Blake Govers currently sits second for the most goals scored during the season with seven, four behind Dutchman Jip Janssen.
The Kookaburras take on India and the Netherlands before heading to Belgium in May to continue the Pro League season.
